This teaser workshop invites you to explore pain not only as something serious or technical, but as a playful, creative, and connecting element. At its core is shared experience—from both the giver and taker perspective—and the central question:

How can playing with pain be alive, exciting, and even pleasurable, without losing safety or awareness?

Pain play is approached as an experimental playground: a dynamic interaction of body, nervous system, psyche, and relationship, creating space for curiosity, humor, depth, intensity—and pleasurable suffering.

What can you expect?

We explore different scenarios, dynamics, and pain-related moments—light, serious, challenging, or surprising. The focus is not on “more” pain, but on variety, timing, and effect.

  • expected vs. unexpected pain

  • mindfuck & psychological play

  • short impulses vs. long-lasting intensity

  • closeness & distance, control & surrender

  • what affects me—and what affects my partner?

Through demos, variations, and small tricks, Swen Brandy illustrates how differently pain can be experienced depending on context, mood, agreement, and attitude. The focus is on experience, observation, and play, not on judgment or right/wrong.

Playful Learning Fields

  • How pain can transform: from “unpleasant” to exciting, from intense to connecting

  • How to make pain interesting, varied, and alive

  • How fear, resistance, or uncertainty can be transformed through play

  • How roles, dynamics, and moods can shift fluidly

All of this happens within a framework of consent, clarity, and mutual respect.

Workshop Format

  • short, easy-to-understand impulses

  • demos & guided experiential spaces

  • exchange, reflection, and shared laughter

  • focus on perception, communication, and presence

Who is this for?

For playful, BDSM-curious singles and couples,
for curious beginners and experienced players who want to:

  • try something new

  • improve their pain management

  • make their play more alive, free, and creative

  • enjoy experience, experimentation, and shared dynamics

Outcome

After the workshop, you will take with you:

  • more lightness and curiosity when dealing with pain

  • a stronger sense for impact, timing, and dynamics

  • new impulses and perspectives for your own play

  • greater trust in your perception and communication

This workshop understands pain play not as performance or achievement,
but as a playful exploration of intensity, presence, and connection.
