The Art and Challenge of Showing and Being Shown
A Partner Workshop on Visibility, Courage, and Overcoming Inner Thresholds

In this workshop, couples and partners explore the art of exposing—the conscious act of showing and being shown.

EXPOSE invites you to playfully and mindfully enter those zones where curiosity, uncertainty, and desire meet. It’s about presence, courage, and trust—trusting yourself and allowing your partner to make you visible.
We all experience moments when we hesitate to show ourselves fully. Equally intense is being consciously shown by your partner—holding the gaze, being the focus, and discovering something new about yourself in the process.
This experience can be challenging, tender, or surprisingly powerful, creating spaces where vulnerability transforms into curiosity, tension into trust, and uncertainty into expression.

What to Expect

• A Partner Workshop: You attend as a couple or established duo and explore showing and being shown—physically, emotionally, and creatively.
• Hands-on Demos and Exercises: Guided partner and group exercises help you experience, reflect, and share the process of exposing.
• Playful and Deep: EXPOSE is a lively, humorous, and mindful space. You may laugh, stumble, discover—and grow.
• Courage and Presence: Showing yourself or being shown is intimate and often challenging. We face this together, in a safe, respectful, and curious environment.

 Themes and Dynamics

The workshop focuses on consciously exploring:

• Visibility: How does it feel to be in the spotlight—physically, emotionally, symbolically?
• Guidance & Surrender: What happens when I allow my partner to show me?
• Boundaries & Trust: How can I open up without losing myself? How do I hold space for my partner’s openness?
• Vulnerability & Curiosity: How can the energy of hesitation transform into presence and vitality?
• Courage & Growth: Each exercise invites you to cross a small threshold—gently but intentionally.
You will learn methods to implement Expose playfully—and to overcome inner barriers—through movement, role changes, creative challenges, and mindful pacing.

Flow & Approach

The workshop begins with grounding, breathwork, and body awareness.
Step by step, partner exercises explore:

• How you wish to show yourself,
• How to gently highlight your partner,
• How to balance closeness, respect, and curiosity.
Mini-challenges, rituals, and playful tasks help release tension and build trust.
Everything is an invitation—nothing is mandatory. Each participant chooses their own limits at any time.
